
3L Alliance continues to evolve as a family owned company, today announcing Jieshu Li’s appointment as incoming CEO.
As part of a considered shareholder succession plan, from 15th Feb 2024 Jieshu will assume her role, supported by outgoing Managing Director and CEO, Mrs Baoyu Li, who will oversee the business through a planned transition period.

Jieshu brings the benefit of international business and management experience to her new role, combined with an innovative outlook that blends Eastern heritage with an authentic understanding of western culture. After assuming her position, Jieshu will further standardise the company’s internal management, and continue to progress with ongoing projects, including operations of Queens Place tower one, the finishing-off work of Bridgefield and strategy planning for Melton East.

With Jieshu at the helm, 3L Alliance is now in preparation to launch a new 350 hectare master-planned community in Melbourne’s west in Q1 2025, and continue to focus on the commercial leasing of the award winning Queens Place precinct in Melbourne’s CBD.
