Bridgefield, 3L Alliance’s master-planned community in Melton East has now reached final completion with titles now issued and settlements in progress for the 14th and final stage of this successful project.

Enjoying consistently strong sales success from owners and investors, Bridgefield is now 100% sold and once the 1000 lot estate is fully occupied, will be home to up to 3000 residents.

“Reflecting on our vision for this project, we wanted to deliver a community that delivered the same high standard of amenity on offer in inner city locations, with the space and affordability of a greenfield site. We’ve achieved this by selecting a unique site in a prime location, enhanced by significant investment in the development of amenities, four pocket parks and wetlands within the estate” Says 3L Managing Director, Mrs Li.

These amenities include the Bridgefield Resident’s Club, which provides premium resident only facilities including an outdoor pool and lounge, tennis court, gym and walkable access to landscaped parklands and trails.

The development will also benefit from a future government primary school, a private school, child care facilities, local cafes and a regional sporting ground including stadiums and football ovals.

3L Alliance have continued to demonstrate an astute understanding of the property market, with Bridgefield the first of a number of master-planned projects in the western growth corridor, with a further 350 hectare landholding within the Melton East PSP to follow.
