Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jieshu Li brings a fresh perspective and clarity of vision to 3L Alliance. Stepping into her role over a year ago, Jieshu has been heavily invested in a mandate to make meaningful change and position the company for long-term success.
Established ten years ago and now a leading developer in the Melbourne property market, Jieshu is proud to be at the helm of 3L Alliance, a family business that at its’ core, is underpinned by values of honesty, diligence and respect:
“Our distinct investment foresight, strong financial reserves, and deep respect for professional expertise have been the key drivers behind our high-standard project delivery and strong market reputation.
We take a strategic, long-term approach to development ensuring that each project is well-planned, well-funded, and executed to the high standards. This commitment to excellence not only sets us apart but also reinforces trust among our stakeholders and the broader market. “
Jieshu works closely with 3L Alliance’s board on key initiatives, which across the past year has included a focus on optimising 3L Alliance’s asset portfolio, strategically divesting non-core holdings and making targeted acquisitions to advance project pipelines.
She has also continued the organisation’s focus on reinforcing strong partnerships with external stakeholders, leveraging her deep knowledge of company operations to restructure reporting lines and improve efficiency and communications across development, marketing, finance and administration. Gender equity is also high on Jieshu’s priority list, with females now making up half of the organisation’s management team, bringing diverse perspectives to internal decision making.
Forwards focused, over coming months Jieshu and her team will be advancing the Melton East Precinct Structure Plan, working closely with the VPA and Melton City Council to set a framework to deliver quality and affordable housing in Melton East, further planning and design work on Tower 2, Queens Place, and consideration of further acquisitions to support 3L Alliance’s project pipeline.
