Recently the team at 3L Alliance, along with representatives of the VPA, Melton City Council, Greater Western Water and Melbourne Water attended a tour of Aquarvero at Lyndhurst, to learn more about progressive sustainability practices adopted by new greenfield developments.
Aquarevo is a unique collaboration between South East Water and developer, and highlights what can be achieved when developers and authorities collaborate. Our team had the opportunity to view Homes at Aquavero, which feature a range of unprecedented water saving features featuring high-tech rain-to-hot water system for bathing and showering.
The tour also included a visit to Minta estate, who are using innovative water usage practices to keep the community greener all year round through water reuse opportunities.
The team at 3L Alliance look forward to working with key planning authorities and stakeholders involved in the Melton East PSP to deliver a new standard in residential communities and innovative water usage practices in our growth areas.
