Grangefields
3L Alliance’s development team are currently engaged with key stakeholders and community groups to support the decision-making process that will shape the Melton PSP.
Grangefields will be a new master-planned community that will form part of the PSP, and once fully developed, will comprise of 350 hectares across four key precincts. Residential opportunities will include a diverse lot mix and a wide range of premium housing and town homes.
In line with 3L Alliance’s focus on quality outcomes for residents, planning for Grangefields will include the delivery of early amenity including lush parklands and well-appointed playgrounds.
Anticipated launch timing for Grangefields – Q4 2024.
Melton East will be an innovative and sustainability-focused precinct delivering a network of 20-minute neighbourhoods, uniting the surrounding precincts as the missing piece to the West Growth Corridor, and providing key connections to Kororoit Creek as an attractive destination.
