3L Alliance recently featured in the Star Weekly heralded for a successful collaboration with Melton City Council around the delivery of a new signalised intersection on Greigs Road and Innovation Avenue in Rockbank, as part of the development of Bridgefield master planned estate.
The intersection is now operational, and provides direct access to the south entrance of Bridgefield and allows safer access for the local community, and more efficient traffic flow with a full width road and dual roadside curbs.
Jieshu Li, 3L Alliance’s CEO said the much-anticipated upgrade has demonstrated a new way for local councils to approach infrastructure upgrades:
“We’re proud to partner with Melton City Council on this early delivery of significant infrastructure. With an annual population growth of 6.61 per cent this upgrade will benefit our Bridgefield residents and the broader community for many years to come.”
Mayor of the City of Melton, Cr Kathy Majdlik said it was important that the right planning was in place to support residential and commercial growth and ensure accessible and liveable communities.
“Council works hard to deliver the right infrastructure and at the right time, but as a growth area there is always more to be done. Developers play an integral role ensuring ours is a liveable city by curating residential estates and creating jobs through commercial development. This project is a wonderful example of how much needed road infrastructure in high growth areas can be delivered when it is most needed by our community.”
