Enhancing a well-established reputation for attracting a high calibre of eastern hospitality retailers, 3L Alliance has recently welcomed Breakfast Hola to the Queens Place mixed use precinct.
Occupying 85 sqm, the Asian fusion retailer specialises in a breakfast and brunch menu offering which also includes the ever-popular dumplings and delicious Bao.
Owner Robin Zhang, identified the Queens Place retail precinct as well suited to its’ core demographic based on its’ close proximity to Queens Place residential, neighbouring towers and local and tourist pedestrian traffic.
“Breakfast Hola is a truly unique offering, and we’re so thrilled to receive positive feedback and repeat visitation from local residents, workers and visitors.
“We’ve recruited a great team, and our menu has been designed to offer a diverse offering to lovers of tasty, well priced Asian fusion food.
Resident and demographic studies have shown the growing popularity and appeal of eastern cuisine and street food, with the influx of international students, and the broader acceptance of Asian culture by residents, local workers, tourists and the broader community drawn to the CBD each day.
Despite its’ namesake, Breakfast Hola will be open from early mornings until 7pm 7 days a week to meet with demand.
