When 3L Alliance began the journey of creating Queens Place, our goal was to create a residential project that delivered a unique design to celebrate its’ iconic location in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
In collaboration with Cox Architecture, we had a vision of curating an interior scheme and material selections that were durable as well as beautiful, and we recently enjoyed the opportunity to document this journey in our unique penthouse on Level 77, in conversation with Anthea Leyden associate Director, Cox, for an insightful discussion on the deign inspirations shaping the stunning penthouse.
Our focus in ideating our residential spaces was to plan from the inside out, to optimise the way our residents would live, work and play. We believe this has delivered the makings of an elevated lifestyle, where residents can enjoy their own private spaces, while enjoying social connections through shared amenity.
Demonstrating the enduring value that premium residential property holds for buyers in Melbourne’s CBD, this penthouse has recently sold.
