Delivering to high standards has always been a core value of 3L Alliance.

When 3L Alliance began the journey of creating Queens Place, our vision was to construct a residential project that delivered an authentic, site-specific response to its’ iconic location in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

The brief to the talented design team of Fender Katsalidis and Cox Architecture, was to plan from the inside out in a way that would optimise the way residents could live, work and play, creating spaces designed to evoke the senses, through architectural expressions, elegant geometry and light.
