3L Alliance achieved another significant milestone as we celebrating 10 years as a premium developer and community partner in the Australian property sector.

Joined by key-note speakers Ross Snowball, Regional Managing Director, Multiplex, Karl Fender, Founder, FK and Cathy Li, Partner, PwC at a special 10th anniversary event at our Queens Place Display Suite, guests and employees enjoyed an evening of joy, laughter and great hospitality with music performance. Attendees were provided with an opportunity to come together to acknowledge outgoing CEO and current Managing Director, Mrs Baoyu Li for her significant contribution to 3L Alliance, and formally welcome incoming CEO Jieshu Li who brings with her a fresh vision, energy and commitment to the organisation’s future growth.

Across coming months, Jieshu will lead the 3L Alliance team across the final stages of lease up for the Queens Place retail precinct and will continue the organisation’s focus on large scale master-planned communities, working in close consultation with Melton City Council key stakeholders and community groups to support the decision-making process that will shape the Melton PSP, of which 3L Alliance’s new project will be an integral part.
