Louis brings design, procurement, and project management skills to his new role, and will be an integral member of the team as he focuses on leasing the balance of the mixed-use precinct for stage one of Queens Place, while also working with the Development team as planning continues for the delivery of stage two of this landmark development.

Part of the appeal for Louis in taking on this role is the opportunity to work on projects that feature an intelligent approach to design for mixed-use developments, and sees this as a primary way that 3L Alliance sets itself apart from other property developers.
