Welcome Yakinau to Queens Plaza

This month, 3L Alliance have warmly welcomed premium Japanese restaurant Yakinau to the Queens Place retail precinct.

Occupying 125sm of prime retail space on the ground floor fronting 370 Queen Street, the restaurant will deliver a contemporary, premium Japanese BBQ dining experience, paired with an extensive range of Japanese infused cocktails, Sake, Japanese Whiskies and Local Australian wines.

Resident and demographic studies have shown the growing popularity and appeal of eastern cuisine and street food, with the influx of international students, and the broader acceptance of Asian culture by residents, local workers, tourists and the broader community drawn to the CBD each day.

Product and service focussed retail have been quick to take up the opportunity to join the Queens Place precinct, with further tenant deals soon to be announced.
