Melbourne continues to return to its’ standing on an international stage, as a cultural, sporting and food capital, drawing shoppers and tourists back into circulation and spending in the CBD.

In a further sign that Melbourne has her groove back, a record crowd attending the 2022 Australian Grand Prix across the weekend proved that records were made to be broken, with the best attended weekend sporting event in our city’s history with just on 420 000 people.

Earlier this month, the southern hemisphere’s largest floral and garden event – the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show – returned to Carlton Gardens for the first time in two years, as the Queen Vic Markets’ Summer Night Markets have continued to draw large numbers of food and entertainment lovers to the iconic open-air sheds, located just minutes from Queen’s Place Residential and mixed use precinct.
