The winner of the ‘Residential High Rise Development’ award

3L Alliance is delighted to have been announced as the winner of the ‘Residential High Rise Development’ award at the 2022 Asia Pacific Property Awards, for our recently completed Queens Place Tower in Melbourne.

Completed in January, 2022 by leading global construction company, Multiplex, Queens Place is the first of two residential towers in 3L Alliance’s $1 billion landmark mixed-use development in Melbourne’s CBD.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are regarded as one of the most prestigious, and widely recognised awards programmes, judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts with criteria focussing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability
