The Bridgefield Resident’s Club is on track to open in 2022

Bridgefield continues to evolve from 3L Alliance’s vision of a unique master-planned community in Melbourne’s West, to a vibrant reality, with the delivery of lifestyle and service amenity to support the growing local population.

The Bridgefield Resident’s Club is on track to open in later 2022, with appointed builders Jardon Group now completing structural works, and the club’s tennis court and swimming pool facilities now in the final stages of completion.

Also in progress is a new educational facility, which will house Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten, designed to provide young families in the Bridgefield community with a high standard of childcare services, anticipated for completion in 2024.

All lots have now been sold, with the estate now home to over 1000 owners and families, with more moving in over coming months.
